Management
Baydon Solutions was founded by John Hughes, a passionate believer in the concept of online learning and performance support. John's vision has been the driving force behind the major productivities and return on investment that Assistware achieves for our customers.
 
John started his career as a teacher having qualified with a degree in Education. He later graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland with an MA and BSc in Computer Science. John worked for a time at the Computer Department of Trinity College. He later progressed through technical and senior management positions at International software and IT companies and was CEO of a market leader in IT Training before founding Baydon Solutions.
