| Baydon Solutions, developer of the
Assistware business process training and support content delivery software, has
been named a winner of Training magazine’s First Annual Achieving Performance
excellence (APX) Awards. |

| Subscribers of Training magazine have recognized
Baydon Solutions for excellence as a training supplier through a special ballot,
which appeared in the January and February issues of Training magazine. |
