paper at the 5th Annual Documentation and Training Conference held at the Boston
University Conference Center in Tyngsboro, MA. |
| The conference was attended by
a wide selection of professionals in documentation and training disciplines from
businesses throughout the New England area. |

John's paper, entitled 'Just in time content delivery' highlighted the
massing of content and the emerging focus on 'moment of need' or 'just in time'
delivery techniques as a means of ensuring that users find the right content at
the right time. |

Against the background of a major focus by corporations on content creation tools and content management systems, John highlighted the business case for content delivery 'just in time'. The presentation outlined a number of research findings which supported Baydon's techniques for 'predicament based' content delivery. |
