Workflow Learning Leads the Way
On behalf of TechLearn, ELBD Services recently conducted a Learning, Training and Workforce Performance (LTW) community study. The objective was to determine the most significant organizational learning initiatives and learning challenges planned during 2007.
 

They asked nearly 21,000 individuals what currently, and in the next 12 – 24 months, was their single most significant initiative or challenge. When presented with 23 of the most commonly identified challenges, the top four identified were:

4. Workflow Learning – Learning at the Point of Work
The identification of the ‘Workflow Learning’ initiative at number 4 highlights the increasing demand for learning delivery approaches such as the Assistware Bubble from Baydon Solutions.
