The Assistware Bubble
Content links created within the Assistware Connector at authoring time, automatically teach the Assistware Bubble to recognize the user's IT predicament and associate precise learning and support content with that predicament.
 
To access support, the user simply clicks and drags the Bubble over their IT applications while the Bubble prompts the user by highlighting the application elements. The user then drops the Bubble as necessary to get the support they need.
 
The Bubble provides for continuous improvement of the support service with full tracking of the user predicaments and the content delivered.
